Are you feeling discouraged, exhausted, or disappointed with the way life is unfolding? Have you been searching for meaning, but coming up empty? Do you feel stuck in patterns that aren’t serving you? Now more than ever, people are recognizing the profound impacts of unprocessed trauma, grief, and conflict on their quality of life. Leaving these issues unresolved can shut down your happiness and lead to symptoms of depression and anxiety. I specialize in treating complex trauma, grief, depression, and anxiety. My mission is to help you connect to your authentic peace and joy. I believe that pain doesn’t have to last forever.

Your journey is unique to you, so we will collaborate to create a personalized plan to help you heal. My first priority is to create a therapeutic space where you feel safe, validated, and deeply understood. I draw from many modalities in an individualized way to help you reach your treatment goals.

It would be an honor to partner with you in moving beyond suffering to build a life of satisfaction, hope and meaning. Whether that means developing skills for managing emotions, learning to set healthy boundaries, or reducing the impact of past trauma, you aren’t alone! Let’s take the next step together.
