I believe that you deserve real healing.

I specialize in healing “stuck” memories that are preventing my clients from leading fulfilling lives. I treat depression, anxiety, and PTSD with Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a therapy technique similar to EMDR that can help you feel better in just 1-4 sessions.

My passion is helping my clients to live better. I would love to support you in getting over trauma, working through a relationship problem or a breakup, or lessening rumination or disturbing memories. If you feel like you are stuck and need help moving on, please reach out.

- Have extensive experience in teaching groups and classes on parenting, conflict management, domestic violence, parenting, life skills, substance abuse, and inner child work.
