Trevor James

Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor

Have you been avoiding, ignoring, suppressing or dreading that internal call for help? Has it been more difficult, and tiring to meet the expectations the environment around you calls for? Do you have a desire to fix, or work through the issues you are experiencing, but find yourself trapped in a loop that feels near impossible to break? Whether it’s trauma, anxiety, OCD, depression, life transitions, or simply dissatisfaction with life, I am here to help answer that call.

I take pride in avoiding a one-size-fits-all approach, and work hard to ensure I am meeting the needs of my client. I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I provide services to individuals of all ages, and different backgrounds.

I firmly believe in developing a strong therapeutic relationship with each person I work with. I empower clients to work towards the way of living they desire, and provide support along the way. Don’t hesitate to reach out to see if we might be a good fit. I look forward to providing a level of care that leads to lasting change and success.
