Do you find yourself struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or PTSD? Have the traumas you’ve experienced or witnessed continued to negatively impact your life? Are you navigating life transitions, such as changes in faith or sexual orientation, or striving to uncover your true identity? As a therapist, my mission is to empower you to take charge of your healing journey by facing life’s difficulties head-on. I specialize in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a trauma therapy that enables individuals to reframe and heal from traumatic memories.

I offer support and techniques to manage mental health symptoms, enhance focus, and improve daily functioning. In our therapy sessions, you can expect a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment where your story is valued and respected. We will work collaboratively to set goals and develop your unique plan for therapy.
I am honored to have the opportunity to walk alongside my clients as they navigate their unique paths to healing and self-discovery. If you are ready to transform your challenges into opportunities for growth and take control of your healing journey, please contact me to schedule your first session.
