Emily Bullock

Psy.D., CYP-500
Clinical Psychologist Practice Founder & Owner

Dr. Emily Bullock is a clinical psychologist, United States Air Force veteran, and integrative medicine specialist whose career has spanned military service, private practice, and health entrepreneurship. She completed her doctoral residency at Wright-Patterson Medical Center, served as a staff psychologist at Hill AFB, and deployed to the Middle East in 2011 in support of Operation New Dawn. Her military clinical work included neuropsychological screening for deployment readiness, suicide prevention leadership, and an EOD-embedded mental health integration program that received recognition at the Air Force level.

After active duty she founded Great Salt Lake Wellness and later acquired and expanded Great Salt Lake Medical, building an integrative clinical model that brought functional medicine, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, and advanced psychiatric interventions together under one roof. Her clinical specialties include complex trauma treatment, integrated psychedelic medicine, clinical yoga, and functional medicine. She trains other clinicians in KAP and has been a leading voice in expanding access to these treatments for military families and underserved populations in Utah.

In January 2026, Dr. Bullock transitioned both practices to Stella Mental Health. Following the acquisition, Dr. Bullock continues to work with Stella Mental Health as a consultant, supporting the integration of both practices into Stella’s national network and ensuring continuity of care for patients and clinical staff alike. She also provides ongoing clinical supervision and is actively involved in building and expanding the psychotherapy program across Stella’s locations throughout the United States.
