Previous Experience

- Director of Behavioral Health Programming and practicing psychologist in a primary care clinic located in a rural hospital.
- Clinical director of an adolescent day treatment program.
- Provided psychological assessments as part of a group practice.
- Clinical supervisor for an APA-accredited rural internship program and for doctoral students enrolled in a clinical clerkship and placed at a residential program for girls.
- Provided assessments and served as representative of the local mental health authority for children in DCFS custody. Developed a group working with teens with significant mental health concerns who were transitioning to adulthood. Co-led groups for high-functioning clients diagnosed with psychotic disorders and another with dissociative disorders.
- Co-developed curriculum for a parenting course targeting oppositional and defiant children.
